Our School Innovation Team helps shape life at Willowbank by sharing ideas, making decisions, and giving every pupil a voice in how our school community grows and improves. We have representatives from across Key Stages.

We meet regularly to discuss key events and projects that the school community can be part of, including:

• Improving and looking after our school environment with eco-friendly ideas.
• Discussing playtime equipment needs.
• Helping to organise voting and ideas for ‘virtual visits.’
• Communicating ideas back to our classrooms on some of the special events that happen across the year.

We focus on how our school values of ‘Belong, Thrive, Safe and Kindness’ can be embedded across the school.

Our school motto of ‘Learning Together, Growing Together, Succeeding Together’ help our children to have a voice to help make Willowbank the best it can be !
