  • TOILET TWINNING CAMPAIGN

    Fri 20 Dec 2019

Thank you all yet again for your generous support of this campaign.

Our Collection this Christmas was for the Toilet Twinning Campaign and with your donations, we collected £137.77 following our Nativity and KS2 Carol Concert at St. Andrew's Church this year.

This amount will go towards providing basic sanitation and clean water supplies to those less fortunate than ourselves.

Your help and support is never taken for granted and we appreciate every little donation at this very expensive time of year.

  • KS2 CAROL CONCERT

    Fri 20 Dec 2019

A huge thank you to everyone who attended (despite the awful weather) our beautiful KS2 Christingle / Carol Concert last night at St. Andrew's Church.  The children sang beautifully, played recorder beautifully, read beautifully and the congregation joined in beautifully!  What a lovely occasion, one enjoyed by all.

The mulled wine and mince pies provided and served by the PTFA was much appreciated and warmed everyone up on a wet and windy night!

School breaks up at the end of the day today and resumes on Wednesday 8th January 2020 for the children.

Finally, best wishes to you all for a wonderful Christmas and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year.

    Wed 18 Dec 2019
This term, our Foundation Stage children have been making regular visits to the Orchard Lea Residential Home.  They have been singing to the residents and chatting and making new friends.  On Wednesday afternoon, the residents visited school and the children performed their Christmas songs to them.  It is wonderful to see the relationships build up over the weeks - it's good for our senior citizens and great for our Foundation Stage children too.
