  • 'COME AND SING' - Choir

    The children in Willowbank Choir are taking part in a 'Come and Sing' event to be held at Wellington School on Friday 27th March at 6.30 pm.  We are joining twelve other schools, over 600 children in total, at this exciting concert.

    Parents and family of children involved are welcome to watch the event free of charge.  

    What a great experience for the children - we are sure they will enjoy their day. 

     

     

  • Sports Relief at Willowbank - Friday 13th March 2020

    Sports Relief aims to support people living incredibly tough lives including improving mental health support; ensuring people have a safe place to be; helping children to thrive and survive; and reducing fear, violence and discrimination in the UK and around the world. Sports Relief brings the nation together to raise money through the power of sport. 
     
    At Willowbank, we will be promoting physical activity during Sports Relief week. Our Year 6 sports leaders will be organising, promoting and running a range of physical activities during lunchtimes - children will be encourage to take part and collectively work together to challenge themselves. 
     
    To help raise money for Sports Relief, on Friday 13th March, children can dress up as their favourite sports person or physical/sporting activity for a donation of £1. 
  • World Book Day

    Thank you for supporting the school in our celebration of World Book Day on Thursday 5th March.  We saw the most amazing costumes and it was a pleasure to see the children enjoying and joining in the festivities.  Please look out for photos on Class Pages and here.  Thank you also for your generous donations. We collected £136.60.
